Introduction to Unwinding (Single Class)
In this class, you’ll learn how to calm the stress response and activate Unwinding—your body’s natural ability to release deeply held tension through gentle neurological tremoring. Think of it as the ultimate “shake it out!”
This class will focus on the psoas, a deep core muscle that often stays tight from stress and prolonged sitting. Releasing the psoas can bring lasting relief to the hips and lower back, as well as leaving you feeling deeply calm.

Unwinding Level 1
This 4-week private series gently guides you deeper into the practice of Unwinding, moving beyond the hips and lower back (covered in the introductory class) to release tension throughout the entire body.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure personalized support and a comfortable, private space for healing of the body and mind.
Unwinding Level 2
This 4-week series is designed for those who have completed Level 1 or have experience with Unwinding and are ready for deep physical and emotional healing.
