Nervous System Regulation for Stress Recovery and High-Pressure Performance

Most resilience programs focus on mindset.

This training focuses on how the nervous system actually processes stress — and teaches you practices to regulate it.

First responders experience repeated nervous system activation that, over time, can accumulate in the body and impact recovery, performance, emotional regulation, sleep, chronic tension, and life outside of work.

Participants learn somatic practices that help release accumulated nervous system load and stored survival stress held in the body — reducing chronic overwhelm, tension, and reactivity while supporting long-term resilience both personally and professionally.

This training also teaches practical nervous system tools that help participants regulate stress in the moment, maintain clarity and control during high-intensity situations, and recover more effectively afterward.
