My intention for this retreat is to hold a sacred container where you can release the version of yourself you are outgrowing and become who you are meant to be.
Through Unwinding and Transformational Breathwork, you are invited to surrender to the wisdom of your body and physically and emotionally release what you no longer need to carry.
You are safe to release the old stories, identities, beliefs, wounds, roles…and all emotion that come with letting them go.
From this space, we can envision the life we long for and open ourselves to receiving it.
