First Responder Workshops
First responders carry more than responsibility — they carry chronic stress, long hours, and heavy gear that take a toll on the nervous system, low back, and hips.
This one-hour workshop offers practical tools that can be used immediately:
1. Reset the Stress Response
Simple techniques to shift out of fight-or-flight and restore clarity, focus, and steady decision-making — before or after intense calls.
2. Release Physical Tension
A guided process called Unwinding to help reduce stored stress in the body and relieve chronic tension in the low back and hips caused by trauma exposure and equipment load.
This engaging workshop supports long-term physical and mental well-being (on and off duty) for our local heroes.
